An analysis of the existing domed gymnasium roof structure was performed, leading to strengthening of the existing roof structure to support the new scoreboard above the basketball court. An assessment of the existing basketball court floor structure was also performed, revealing damage to the existing structure. Following the assessment, construction documents were produced for demolition of the existing wood floor framing construction of a new wood floor structure for the entirety of the court surface.
