Building renovations and additions

Smithers Engineers provides structural engineering services for building renovation and addition projects. Our scope of work for building renovations can range from cutting a new window or door in an existing load-bearing wall or removing a column to comprehensive strengthening of an existing structure for a full-scale renovation. We have successfully completed numerous additions to existing buildings, ranging from small entries to entire new wings.
